地方高校是我国高等教育体系的主体部分,其发展水平直接影响着教育强国建设目标的实现,按照研究型、应用型、技能型等基本办学定位明确各类高校的发展方向是教育强国建设的重要要求。从分析地方高校建设研究型大学的独特价值出发,提出了面临的现实挑战,重点阐述了地方高校建设研究型大学的差异化路径,从学科建设、科学研究、人才队伍、人才培养、治理体系、资源整合等六个维度提出了系统解决思路。
Abstract：As the main component of China' s higher education system, the development level of local universities directly influences the achievement of the goal of building a strong educational nation. Clarifying the developmental directions of various types of universities based on their fundamental positioning, such as research-oriented, application-oriented, and skills-oriented, is a crucial requirement for building a strong education country. Starting from analyzing the unique value of local universities in building research-oriented institutions, this article highlights the practical challenges they face, and focuses on expounding the differentiated paths for local universities to build research-oriented institutions. Moreover, it proposes systematic solutions from six dimensions: namely discipline development, scientific research, faculty development, talent cultivation, governance system, and resource integration.
